Job Description:

​

As a Digital Media Intern at Saroja Earth, you will play a crucial role in researching, writing articles, and creating engaging content for our digital platforms. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, research-oriented environment, where you will collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver

high-quality content to our audience.

Responsibilities:

​

• Researching and writing articles on topics related to air quality, environmental issues, and relevant industry trends.

• Creating multimedia content including videos, photos, and graphics to complement written articles and enhance engagement.

• Assisting with content creation for various digital platforms such as the company website, social media channels, and email newsletters.

• Collaborating with team members to develop content strategies and brainstorm ideas for new projects.

• Utilizing digital marketing techniques such as SEO and social media marketing to optimize content reach and engagement.

• Working on a hybrid role, balancing creative content creation with digital marketing tasks.

• Demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and tools in the digital media landscape.

• Maintaining a positive team attitude, communicating effectively, and meeting deadlines consistently.

 

Requirements:

​

• Strong writing skills and ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content.

• Proficiency in multimedia content creation, including video editing, photo editing, and graphical design.

• Digital marketing experience, including knowledge of SEO best practices and social media marketing strategies.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and environmental issues.

• Prior experience in a similar role or relevant coursework preferred but not required.

 

Educational qualifications:

​

A Bachelors degree would be preferred but weightage would be given to demonstrable experience in doing the work. Hence do share the links to your portfolio or past works.

Probationary Period:

​

The Digital Media Internship will have a three-month probationary period, during which your performance and fit within the team will be evaluated. Successful completion of the probationary period may lead to further growth opportunities within the company.
